This system combines high strength with ease of use,
making it ideal for public facilities with strict safety standards
such as stadiums, airports, and shopping malls.
The installation process has also been greatly simplified.
Once the base channel is fixed, simply place
the glass panel and tighten it to secure the panel in place.
This reduces installation time while maintaining
secure and reliable fixing.
In addition, the adjustable Q-disc® version allows each panel
to be individually aligned vertically even after installation.
A wide range of compatible accessories and top finish options
are also available, allowing for greater design flexibility and a more complete system.
Adjustable Q-DISC® System
Insert the inlay (setting block) into the Easy Glass Prime base channel first.
Place the glass panel onto the base channel and position it accurately.
Insert the Q-disc between the glass and the inlay,
then push it in until
it is securely engaged.
Attach the dedicated tool to the Q-disc and
turn it clockwise
to firmly tighten the inlay (setting block).
Check that each glass panel is properly aligned vertically and along the line.
If adjustment is needed, turn the Q-disc counterclockwise to loosen it.
To adjust the panel angle, use the dedicated tool
to slightly move
the inlay (setting block) left or right.
After adjustment, turn the Q-disc clockwise again
to secure it firmly.

Easy Glass Strong is equipped with an integrated
Q-disc system.
When fixing the glass panel to the base channel, the Q-disc is
inserted into the inlay and secured using a dedicated Q-tool and
torque wrench.
Even after installation, the inlay position can be adjusted to
compensate for minor floor irregularities. Each panel angle
can also be individually adjusted and re-fixed as needed.
